i like the blue...dont go witht the greens and yellows LOL...TAXI!!! I do like the idea of flat black a lot!! and if not the body...then whatever color you choose with your new wheels flat black! if you stuck on orange...IDK if ive ever seen a flat orange....?!?!LOL
have you ever considered painting the car the flat color and then clearing it with a clear enamel...it will basically be a coat to sheen the flat..so like a gloss flat!! just idea....ive accidently stumbled on that color combo while doing some work on my buddys valve covers for his LS1....he loved it and i cant get people away from my garage now with their junk LOL

The flat finish is actually in the clearcoat. When I was painting for a living (12 yrs ago now) we would add some color base tint to the clear that made it flat. Might have changed by now as that was awhile ago. But you would care for the paint like any other paint.
