Used a home made tool from a member, but I can't get it to re install the belt.
Had to pull the belt to swap alt brackets and then I broke my tensioner pulley.
I got a new pulley and spent most of the day pulling it off and installing it. Pain in the ***! I had to pull the whole tensioner off and other crap. My intake went on with ease and now I'm stranded do to this freaking belt!
Also my tensioner was a lose and my valley tray bolts were too!

not sure why your valley cover and tensioner would be lose. after doining my belt a couple times now.my technique is to pulley it off the tensioner .get everything else on and wrap the pulley on the alternator and get a screwdriver or bolt to line up the holes on the bracket.and just push it in place.

try removing the inner fender cover and use a ratchet on it? or you can try(depending on what type they used) a 15mm wrench with another on the end for leverage on the tensioner or a ratchet and a big whough wrench on the end for leverage
