my next mod be? lol i have no idea what i should do next. Whats everyones thoughts here? What would be the most benificial and cost effective for me with my current set-up? See sig for mods.

Rockers if you do not plan a cam. I went with SLP's 1.85's with oil restricted pushrods. If I would have went full aluminum rollers I would have went with 1.8 Yella Terra's or 1.8 Scorpion LS6 rockers. I'd use oil restricted pushrods with either one. That would be my next mod if I was in your shoes.

After that maybe a LS4 ported intake or LS6 intake.

get rid of that high flow cat.. There is a huge difference up top between a highflow and no cat at all. I bought a fake cat of ebay just in case i get a random road side inspection.

this winter it will be getting a piece of pipe welded through it lol and here in canada i do legally need a cat and around ottawa they have emissions poilce that are out alllll the time

You don't need different pushrods with either of those. I just did it as added insurance of any valve float. I don't get any so I am not sure if the factory ones would allow that or not. I also kept stock wide open throttle shift points too. If you have yours programmed higher than I would at least suggest the oil restricted pushrods. I also did not change the factory LS1 valve springs the car came with either.

ill be looking into the rockers for my next mod, i have shift points set at 6200rpm, so i should get some pushrods? how hard are they to do? does it involve pulling the heads?

The pushrods just come right out. No need to pull the heads at all. Just make sure the PR's are oil restricted or you might as well just keep the stockers.
