You're one brave man LOL. But to each his own i guess. BTW I don't think they make body kits for the GXP's. I think the best you can do is an inferno hood, and the inferno spoiler.

I dont care what anyone else thinks, I may not be the fastest, I may not be the favorite of everyone else on here, but I am goin to do the best I can to make my car faster, and I grew up on supras and evos, thats my background, but I love my grand prix, and I love the V8 power and I know it has potential, so I will do what I can to withdraw that potential....while at the same time transforming it to what I think looks good....and yeah they have a body kit for it, it will have to be modified slightly but it will work, I will give details when I get it.

Ugh... I can understand scissor doors on a coupe, but on a SEDAN? C'mon, the back ones still open normal...

But to each their own.

Good taste is not a set thing....just because you dont like something doesnt mean you should open your mouth and discourage young guys starting out from doing what they enjoy, they may like what they are doing and you runnin your chops may turn them away from the car scene all together...not me because I have ran into dumb ***** the same as you many times over, so the next time you have an opinion....just feel free to keep that to yourself...especially on my thread

First of all, I will do whatever I want in your thread. This is a public forum and you made the mistake of posting pictures of your car, asking for our approval. I gave you my opinion when you asked; you can't complain about it now.

I guarantee I am younger than you. I think I can get most people to agree with me here that if you had a 600hp Vette, then the punisher skull that doubles as part of the the C6R logo would be apropos. I wouldn't say anything about your giant sticker if that were the case. That's because you can back it up with a car superior to 99.99% of the cars on the road.

On the other hand, you have a four door, FWD, 3600lb sedan, with a transverse mounted bastard V8, complete with 1995 styling made by a car company that no longer exists. Reality hurts doesn't it? Now if a can of VHT, some black spray paint, carbon fiber rim decals, and a giant skull sticker makes a racecar for you, I'm very sorry. In addition, that body kit you want is uglier than sin, and turns a mediocre looking car (sorry GXP guys, never really loved the looks) into a rolling abortion of fiberglass and urethane, to be brutally honest. Don't even get me started on painting headlight/foglight lenses, its not like you need those to see at night or anything...

I'm not trying to "turn you away from the car scene" at all. I'm attempting to save you from turning yourself away from the "car scene" because of all the **** you are going to get when enthusiasts see your FWD race car with stickers. The phrase "To each, his own" only goes so far.

Mod the car and make people respect you for doing something cleanly, with class. If you want to spray paint parts on cars and throw obnoxious stickers on cars, go buy a honda.
