lt1 kill So this last weekend a friend of mine just put in some 3.73 gears in his 1994 Formula. He has those gears and straight pipes no cat or mufflers. So after weighing our cars at a weigh place outside of town (my SS with me in it weighs 3880, the Formula with 2 heavier guys weighed 3700), we raced.
Enough to hit 100, and it was very very close, but i did end up winning
. I was surprised. Should I be surprised? It felt good and at the end he said to me, "That car is fast."
Next up is a rematch with the 1993 Camaro SS with headers and exhaust. I beat him last time before I had intake and before he had headers. So we will see what happens.

I raced my friends 96 formula with an auto. They ran so close to each other that I was surprised. lol I couldn't pull him unless I we were going up hill, which I thought was kind of strange... Both the GXP and the formula have magnaflow catbacks on them, but nothing else.
