What about this? Manual cutout
okay..here is the thing..its clearance thats the issue where I live. where my cutout is if I put the electric on it would be torn off in a drive. Right now if I have a full car it almost hits without the electric part on there. So with one on I am screwed. There is no way I could get the elctric on there unless I go and bash the metal to get it to fit..
Was looking at this manual cutout. As long as I keep the flange operable it should be fine.
The pro's. The clearance is what I need. Its cheaper and it still works to open and close my exhaust.
the cons. its not electric. and could get stuck open or close if its not hit with some lube.
Now question. Where would you mount this button if it was your car??

And it looks like this is something that has to be turned off or on when the cars not running.

i have the summit manual one, got that one cause the one you posted on the first post i was told it will rattle nasty over time.. it is a pita to get down and open/close the cutout but i can do it without a jack, sometimes to be quiker i just put the rear wheel on the curb lol but up to you on what your looking to do with the cutout.. i plan on an electric eventually..
let me show you where my cutout is right now.
Looks like there is clearance but there is not

This is the best pic. to show you want I mean. With the angle I lost about an inch of cleance. When I put the electric one on. The motor was sticking down way to much to the point that it was almost hanging down. To dangerous to getting hit. We tried a lot of ways but it just did not fit. Losing 2" of ground is not an option.
