Rocking the engine

OK, so I am installing a shorter dogbone along with some MM's soon, and I was wondering how I would be able to rock the engine forward enough to install it. Also, how tight should I tighten the mounts to the bone? To kinda answer my own question, is it one turn past hand tight??

Park on a hill? Jack up the back?

Dunno how tight it's supposed to be, I always just tighten it 'til I can't anymore...

lol Not really what I had in mind. I was thinking along the lines of pulling it forward, but with what? Is there something made to do this?

Disconnect the front MM and put a rachet strap from the mount point to the radiator support and start cranking?

Park your car on a slight down grade...

Apply the parking brake (chock wheels if you have them)...

Put the car into Neutral...

Attach come along/ratchet strap to engine (alternator bracket maybe)...

Rotate engine forward until the shorter dog bone will fit...

I would hand tighten the bolts, and then go 1 to 1.25 turns more...
