Could have zapped the coil, but I think they're sealed units...pull the plug and see what it looks like, ground out the threads on the head and see if it's still firing. If not, change the plug, if still no, buy yourself a coil pack I guess...

What's the cost on a brand new coil pack? I'll go buy a new plug tomorrow and see. Are they a pain to remove/replace do I need a special tool or will a socket do just fine?

The plug is right there on the front bank. The coil pack, you just unbolt the bracket, unplug the harness and all the wires and reverse the process with the new one.

Don't know about new but you can find complete sets here on tech for $100 or so.

Ok great. I'm just worried if the plug itself needs a specific tool to get to or anything like that. I know that our old 24V sable did.

Do I pull the metal jacket or just the wire that goes into the jacket itself?

Spark plug that came out looked pretty corroded and overally pretty shitty. The new one went in and no more misfire. Problem solved.

Just strange you have a bad plug... Makes me want to pull one and look.

What year is it and what is the mileage?

Interesting, I am same year but half the mileage.

Just replaced the plugs on my Fiancee's tC at 60K even though they weren't due until 100k. Cheap and worth the money.
