1.8 Rocker setups

My birthday is coming up lol and looking to do a little performance upgrade. Since I have to pay Michigan State a bunch of money for school though the budget is kinda tight. I was wondering if anyone knew what would be about the cheapest setup for everything I need rockers pushrods and springs, I think thats all I need right? Also is there any performance difference with the different setups thanks.

if you are going to do springs, might as well put in new valve stem seals. They're cheap and 98% of the work is already done when the springs are removed.
