I'm thinking of getting my mirrors painted same body color. What do you think??

I would do it because on my monte, the black on the mirrors are fading away slowly and it will look bad eventually. I wish I had the funds to paint the mirrors silver (the color of my car).

trust me.... mels mirrors wont be fading anytime soon.

Tint the windows and they will blend in better if you keep them black. Either way it looks/will look good.

Lol! Yeah I believe that about Mel! I am probably almost as bad as Mel when it comes to keeping my car clean. The winters in MO are sometimes bad and my mirrors are fading because of it. If you do tint your windows, it will help mask the fact that they are fading. Mine are tinted at 15% all the way around and you have to be pretty close to notice the fade.

I thought about doing that too, but my dark tints would make it look weird.

I agree. My windows are tinted and I like the dark mirrors to match. They would stick out too much and look like ears if they were body color.

Cant do heavy tint here But it would be cheaper. At car show your windows are down so I'm a little torn.

It's a secondary offense here (cant pull you over for that specifically), as little as you drive it, you could probably get away with it indefinitely.
