It was the 7/8" chain. It was probably stressed from the violent 1-2 shifts after the first build last October. I drove it for 2 months in that condition. I think it'll be fine once I get it replaced.

 

I fixed my tranny a few months ago. Luckily the broken chain only took out a couple of thrust washers. Everything went back together fairly smooth. I put it back together sans turbo. I really miss that speed rush. There were some cracks in a couple of the welds. I'm redoing the hotside in an effort to get a little more space between the downpipe and the charge pipe. There's really no space to be had though.
