Thanks! The Vette was fun to cruise, but with a 145 HP stock, it was pretty weak. We never had it long enough to mod.

My first to present list. All were sold to get a newer one.

'84 Chevy Monte Carlo SS

'91 Nissan Sentra SE-R
'94 Buick LeSabre Custom w/ Gran Touring suspension

Nice...

I actually thought those early 90's Sentra SE-R's were pretty cool. Very stealth and quick for the era.

Yeah, it kind of morphed into a much bigger beast than I hoped. Most posters stayed in the spirit of the question and I appreciate that.

True...And I owned ALL of those cars before I got my LS4.

awww i miss my wrangler 2nd jeep and before that well I still own it the jeep cherokee man it can take a beating

1996 GT, 5 speed

Black interior swap from wrecked car, black ricer buckets, rear seat delete

'03-'04 Cobra 17X9s with NT05s

1998 Lincoln Mark VIII 4-Valve Engine, Ford racing headers, catless H-pipe, dynomax ultra-flows, SCT programmer

SCT stage 2 clutch, Maximum Motorsports quadrant/adjuster, B+M shifter, had the trans rebuilt during the engine swap

Tubular K-member and A-Arms, 10 way struts up front, lakewoods in back, coilovers all around.

4.10 rear with all new bearings and posi clutches.

Went from a mid 15-second car stock to a best of 14.3 that was terribly terribly traction impeded, on a mail order tune and worn out plug wires that caused a missfire at idle that was later fixed, but never ran at the track again. So, not super impressive in the end but you know, I did it all myself and made the car a hell of a lot better than it was off the dealer lot. I was pretty proud of it and people gave me a lot of props for making it what it was and without spending a lot of $$. And I tell you what, it was mean past 4000 RPMs. With a few things removed I had the weight down to 3150#s sans driver and spare tire so with deep gearing and a rev happy motor, it was fun. But, not so practical, especailly with no back seat, air, heat, the seats, and riding like a log truck.

The GXP is damn near as fast and a hell of a lot more practical!
