Lansing...That was were the original location was to be set. However, I am waiting to see what everyone else wants to do.
I don't want to just say "this is where it is" I would rather it be a group vote. If I could I would redo the thread with a new poll but I am not the OP.

HMMM. Maybe an admin can help... or maybe start a new thread with a post here directing folks to it. New title can be "Michigan LS4 Spring 2011 Meet".
I too am okay wherever the majority decides. Another possibility is meeting at the Gilmore Car Museaum in Hickory Corners. They will reserve a spot on the grass for us all to park and meet. Did that too with my Z club several years ago. Beutiful place!

ok sorry about the absence
as of right now it seems we are doing this early june and in lansing? we really have to get a date voted in and we gotta do a majority so please vote in the poll if you havent i will add a poll for location as well
tss09ss will provide electricty and i guess shelter loll
94ss is helping with food and drink?

If I am missing any names feel free to correct me but I am almost certain this is perfect. As far as details go I have a Excel spreadsheet set up with their specifics. ie. What they are bringing, emails etc....

We were looking at doing it June 4th as it stands, although ill let the poll do what it's supposed to do! haha
And when that poll finishes we need to set up a location poll asap. TSS09SS had provided us with a large parking lot for the cars, access to bathrooms, and electricity for DP. (Shade TOO!!) haha. That is in Lansing.

Sounding good.... I have it marked - 6/4/11 is good for me. As we get closer and have #s committed for sure, we can plan food/drink. As you guys know, if 25 owners say they are coming now, 15 cars (plus guests) might show up. And I will give Hazard/WhiteGXP the address so they can PM it to people for mapquest.
