got a question for you michigan people....we will just be getting back from our honeymoon so we want to make a weekend of the trip...is there anything between northwest Ohio and Lansing that would be fun for a 4 year old?
there is a very nice water park right off of US23....it is in either Monroe or Dundee (not sure which one)...
Detroit zoo, idk if you like cabellas and bass pro shop... and yeah that water park

I highly doubt this is what you would want to do. I wish there were a 1/4 mile drag nearby however, the world is not perfect!
I suppose we can settle with a BBQ and check out everyone's cars.
I do believe we have some people that will help with food and drink.

Also, If anyone would like to add please feel free. I have never set up a meet and really do not know what to expect.

It will still be cool. Large parking lot, access to bathrooms, getting to match screen names with faces.... That is how it all came down with my mid michigan Z club. About 15 cars showed up. Almost everybody had a friend/ spouse/etc too.

I'm bummed out we aren't doing this in Milford. There's a great place called Baker's right across the street from the GM proving grounds and Kensington Park. Way nicer than Lansing.

I will have power source for sure, my office has electricity. LOL. Just bring a regular extension cord. There is also a shady spot in the lot - shaded by another building at all times of the day, close to the power source.
So what are we leaning towards? May or June? Once we decide, I will let you know all weekends I am in town that month and then we can pick a date. Lets not let this thing die, lets do this.
