I'm at 99,585 miles on mine, passed my 75k extended warranty limit a while ago, heh....
they'll be playin around with it for days... they need to just replace the module(s)....

first of all thanks lew for the info i really appreciate it. im a body tech at a maroone honda dealer down here in s florida but the service techs here dont have a tech 2 so theyre pretty much useless so i took my car to our chevy dealer im supposed to get a employee discount we will see if i have to pay. the service manager where i work said the ecm is covered for 8 years so i hope that is true cause i have 45k on my car. if they come up with a ridiculous quote of like 8 hundred or more i dont know what imma do cause money is tight right now. im lookin at vector motorsports they give you a pretuned tcm and ecm for 349 plus your core. i mite have to do that i dont know im so frustrated with no car

a-HA! found the TSB about it... covered for 8 years, 80,000 miles...
BUT...
"The coverage for emission-related reprogramming has the same coverage as the emission controller under the emission controller warranty - 8 years/80,000 miles (130,000 km).
Reprogramming that is not emissions-related is covered under the terms of the Bumper to Bumper Limited Warranty."
so, if they had to reprogram it or fix it due to an emissions related item or issue, it would be covered for 8/80... but anything else - which I fear may be your case if the whole thing is shot - is only covered for the normal 3yr/36k bumper to bumper warranty...

well got my car back. they replaced the tcm. that solved all the problems. still has the predator 93 no dod tune in the ecm so i guess that wasnt touched . only 340 buks over this mistake i did ha ha

thanks jp gxp yea im happy i got it back . i hooked up the predator and rebooted the 93 no dod tune in it . all is good now the ecm still had the tune when i got it back from the dealer. i have a kn cold air catless downpipe full exhaust into flows predator tune shift kit and 1.8 rockers. im guessin it should run 13.5 ish am i right?
