10-20 Inches of Snow I guess it's that time of year. We are expecting 10-20 inches of snow tomorrow into Monday. I know isn't much for some of you. I will be out and about due to my girlfriends family Christmas party, and seeing as we have two choices of vehicles to take, my impy, or her beetle, the impala will be out in the snow. Last year it was great when we got 40+ inches in a week. I want to see pics of your LS4 braving the snow.

were expecting 2-5 on top of the 5+ we already have ... and i dont have a picture of her out in the snow because i pulled her into the dock at work to get out of the snow ... alot easier to mop up some water than it is to break off ice in the morning

i live near rochester mn and we have broken an all time record for most snow in 1 month so far we have recieved 41 inches of snow this month the old record was 35 inches , the snow is almostto the bottom of the stop signs on the corners of streets and we are running out of room to put it now , i am glad the monte put away during the winter months all the salt and sand on the roadsis hard on cars

I'm in CT... and yep, we're supposed to get 12-20 inches today... blizzard/white-out conditions with 40 mph winds... and some places up in the hills could even get 24 inches...

I absolutely love the snow, especially driving in it. It the idiots out driving at 50mph that drive me nuts. Four wheel drive doesn't help you stop!!!

4wd with a lowish gear, 4.10 in my case, does help you stop. I can slow without even being on the brakes. I just have to watch for idiots going too fast in the rear view.
Needless to say I'm down to 7 from 8 mpg in 4wd... too many powerslides in the snow, but they feel so good

We have a winter storm on the way tonight for the mountains of SoCal. We're supposed to see as much as two feet of snow between tonight and Wednesday morning. Kinda sucks because the Impala is still at my buddy's tranny shop, so I'll need to drive the Grand National if I want to get around, as my wife uses the 4x4 for her commute when the snow starts to fall.
I'll be sure to post pics...LOL.

BigBlackBoxChevy I got through last years record snows in the Phila area in the Monte.
It does suprisingly well in the snow as long as you dont mash the gas and have decent tires.
This year I have a snow truck, I was out sunday playing taxi as a few people needed to get to places where their little econoboxes could not take'em.
The 3 foot snow drifts were no match for the Bronco.

ahhhh snow. Just a couple weeks back, Buffalo was getting hammered with 3+feet! It's funny, I live in Buffalo and work in Tonawanda (10 miles N of BLO). I had 3 feet at my house, when I went to work they still had green grass. Damn Lake effect...
