I was just going to drive and shoot it myself.....Now I just have to find him outside work or arrange it somehow..... I am just not the **** talking type.....but if he pushes the right buttons, I will definitely fire right back. I really want to beat his ***!

30 mph is your best chance imo. dig you can blow it too easy on the street. unless you think you got the skills lol? Better get out of it like the other guy said, top of 2nd back off that LS1 will "run" not walk you up top. think it'll be close like a slow mo pull by the LS1 and then a destruction if the OP stays in it.
On the other hand i have witnessed plenty of LS1's that were not up to par as recent as a couple years ago and they were running high 13's.. that's the question. does he have one of them? good luck be safe.

Funny update to this story.... I found out that it was not even his car!!!! ROFL!!! I work at a gas station in KC and he came in with his friend and after a few remarks back and forth, I found out that it was not even his car he was bragging about!! I really let him have it then! I know the owner (bosses nephew) of the car and he told me we can set something up if we both want to have a go at it! I must have laughed after they had left for about 15 minutes! 
I can't race him now because of the 7 inches of snow that is on the ground and the foreseeable weather looming in the teens for the next 2 weeks here in MO. But it will happen ASAP!
