I made this chart while trying to get DoD to engage for my swap. It lists all the inhibitors from the service manual, so any one of these will keep DoD off (at least for the E67 cars).

Removing it via a tune is best, but the cheapest/quickest way is to unplug either the oil pressure sensor or the vacuum sensor on the brake booster.
