tap shift change up

tap shift change up Does anyone else think the tapshift is set up weird where both paddles shift both ways. Anyone ever thought about swapping one around so that maybe it worked more like most other paddle shift set ups. Like maybe flipping the right side switch inside the steering wheel so that when you pull the left onw it downshifts and then you pull the right for upshifting.

I'd thought about doing something like that or switching it to pull back for upshift and push for down, but I never got around to it. I still wanna find a way to wire my cutout into the steering wheel controls for radio scan up and down.
I took the Monte wheel and controles apart along with the 08 Malibu tap shift stuff.
I put the monte resisters in the Malibu wheel/controles for my LS4 Fiero swap.
I don't know about the GXP so I cant say much about it.
If you need help or advice, let me know and I will dig the stuff out and "refresh" my mind.
