Thanks,Dave has told me this setup is pretty common for the LS4's!I can't wait to see the results,meaning quiker throttle response with the new gearing!
LS1 Racing say's it reminds him of his old Z28 when shifting into gears quick and snappy IRC ,in his trans thread he says our stock converters are too loose to begin with.Dave has told me the same thing,he just hasn't heard back from the few who went this route.

costs ? warranty and for now long ,is everything covered ? people here running these trannys ?, big improvement in drag times ? how much quicker than the stock times /before mods ? rkvette

That's the exact setup I want! The converters in these cars are way too loose and sloppy. More gear with the tighter converter will net you better mileage around town and I doubt it will even effect HWY mileage much.
