explain camber bolts to me... So I just ordered some lowering springs for my car, do I also need some camber bolts too? How many do I need, and how do they get installed? I lowered my last car and didn't use these bolts, but I want to do it "right" this time.

You wont really know if you need the bolts or not until you get an alignment and where they should be.
