I messed up

Two days ago I received my trinity tuner and next day installed the 91 no dod tune. What I forgot to do was uninstall my aftermarket navigation and amp it worked right after the tune everything was fine but just last night amp would not turn off and navi/hu would not turn on. The amp is set up to turn on only whn navi/hu is on even after turning off the car amp would not turn off please help I messed up has this happened to anyone?

i was told we didnt have to remove fuses for our cars. try to get a hold of lew.

Why would a hand held tuner affect something like that?

Take your system back to the shop who installed it,might have a loose ground or something

Agreed.

Radio and amp stuff is handled by the BCM. Trinity only accesses the PCM. I'd the problems you're seeing are not related to the tune.
