Check engine light help... :(

So. 2006 imp (SS of course) 51k. I've had a magnaflow converter for a month now with no C.E. light. The light came on yesterday and the codes reading are:
P0420 - Catalyst efficiency low-bank 1
P2763 - TCC pressure solenoid high voltage
P2764 - TCC pressure solenoid low voltage

Has this happened to anybody? Would pulling the batt cable and letting the car reset itself for a hour or 2 help at all for the converter atleast? Does anybody know how much a TCC switch is or where it is?

TCC pressure solenoid is inside your transmission.......

Well, the cat is throwing the P-0420 code but it should not throw the other 2. Has the trans. acted funny to you at all in the past month or so?
