08' GXP dyno results
Threw the car on the dyno yesterday wasn't too impressed with the numbers. The car is stock with a K&N intake and Overkill tuned. Baseline pull was 233hp 266 tq, he made some adjustments to PE fueling since it was pretty lean and on the 2nd pull I managed 246 hp, 270 something tq (cant remember). We stopped short due to tire issues, didn't get a chance to add timing yet we'll be doing that next week. Car has 66k miles, new plugs, trans, etc. Even 2nd pull numbers are weak, I figured I would be in the 250-265 range with the intake and mail-tune. I'll post dyno charts and additional results as they come in. Do these number sound lowish? Dyno is adjusted for altitude and it was fairly hot (80ish) with poor air circulation

Sounds about right. Maybe a little low on your baseline but only by maybe 10whp or so and it was pretty hot.
With an ls-6 intake, 1.8 rr, headers,exhaust,tune, I'm barely a hair over 300whp.

I dont think it's low at all. I went back and found my stock dyno thread: https://ls1tech.com/forums/ls4-perfo...out-right.html it was 239.x hp and if I remember correctly it was pretty cold that night, so I'm sure the DA was good. You dynoing in the summer heat probably didnt do you any favors at all. Dont get discouraged, keep modding and just try to re-dyno under the same conditions if at all possible now that you have a baseline.
