Feel your pain bro. I totaled out my Impala LTZ, my pride and joy being stupid. A $15000 car that I bought when i was 18 (20 now) but found the MC for cheaper and newer than my LTZ and financed a way better loan ( Less yrs, lower intrest rate, lower monthly payment, less miles for a cooler faster car with an extended warranty. Do your research on how much money you should get back. Idk if you have a lawyer or not (you probably know all of this but im jus sharing some info). For me it was General Insurance that had to offer me and it was just me talking to insurance companies (19 at the time). At the time my IMP was worth about 13500 and they gave me 12500. Didnt know that was tax and title included because my mom answered the phone and just told me the 12500 was tax included. So i lost about a good 2000 ******* around with a bullshit insurance company. Its pissing me off typing this now thinking about it now. The accident happened in early December and received my check late Feb so I was on a short time frame so I had to just take the check instead of dispute, lawyer etc...
Best Wishes on a new car

Judging by what's damaged, it's either gonna be totaled or REALLY expensive to fix, they're very likely gonna call it a loss.

My buddy just paid his 2000 2 door GTP off and got t boned a few weeks ago. Car only had 90K with a new trans and supercharger. The damage wasn't that bad and the insurance company gave him 5500. He had the option of buying it back for 700.00.
I would have bought it for that price! I was thinking about sticking the drivetrain into a J-body. Like the beater I had last year and just sold.

Default accident

I’m glad you are all right. When I started modding my car I went to see my insurance agent and told him what I was doing. He checked it out and left me a message on my phone saying that as long as I have documentation about my modifications that they would also be covered. I know how you must feel, I got to watch my car being destroyed.

It was a stop n go four way street. The lights had gone out so people were taken turns , and well I started going into the intersection and some guy that was flying down the left turning lane didnt stop at all and hit me on my passenger quarter panel and spun me out twice and threw me into oncoming traffic. There was three cars involved but idk how they got into it besides the one who hit me. It was a rav4 and the other was a altima.
