Loud screech when starting cold

Hey guys over the last month or so Ive noticed this loud screeching sound when my car starts in the morning or if its real cold out any Idea what it might be its not the starter and I hope it has nothing to do with the tranny I just had it replaced last winter. any help will be apprieciated

no its definately metallic screeching the belt is practically new but thanks though

I have the same sound from time to time, cold might have something to do with it but I doubt it. Mine will come when the car is sitting in one spot idling,then it will slowly go away after about 10 seconds.

I think it might be a water pump bearing or something similar starting to wear out.
