horn has stopped working

horn has stopped working checked the fuse its fine, horn was sounding awfully weak then now its dead doesnt work when i push down on the wheel , or lock the doors,panic button, dead silent... anyone know how to fix it and the part(s) i need to fix it ? its a 2008 grand prix gxp

update so the horn started working when i pushed the steering wheel fine and dandy yesterday.. but i noticed when i hit the one spot on the wheel it stopped working at all now feels like there's a broken spring (makes a funny noise when i press on that particular spot .. )in there that's causing the horn to not work or something.. anyone know how to open the steering wheel up and do i have to pull the airbag fuse? thank you ..
