Lt and St FT problems

Lt and St FT problems
I am lost on what to do. I have checked over the car i cannot find any vac leaks ive cleaned all connectors and still i am getting -10 Lt & St FT on bank 2. Car idles and drives normal and throws no error codes. I have not had the car for that long either so i may not know what normal is. Any ideas?

Assuming the rear bank is bank 2
Scanning using HPT
No mods to my knowledge besides a (what i think) is a SLP loudmouth
Brand new TR5ix plugs - unsure if i had this problem before plug change, I didnt realize i had a problem until i plugged in HPT to try to figure out my tire pressure monitor.
Getting around 18-20 mpg

yep, hehe... you will always get -100 for bank 2, because there is no bank 2....
you only need to log ltft bank 1
