Default GXP in the dealer

so i was coming around a turn at about 20mph and the pulley froze and i snapped the serp belt...anyone else have this problem? I'm jw

Which pulley froze...makes a huge difference.

I had the tensioner pulley snap off the motor last summer. It took the dealer 1 1/2 weeks to get the right parts and drill the bolts out of the side of the motor. The up side was the only rental they had was a hemi ram. I got to do a lot of fun truck stuff .

I would like to know which pulley as well. I have heard of a few tensioners breaking too.
This is not a common problem though..

If its your crank pulley your motor might be locked up if its and idler or tensioner its no biggy. Are you under warranty?

idler pulley...i know its really hard to get the crank pulley to freeze but i was just wondering if anyone else had a problem like me to see if it was common

yes I'm under warranty haha had to get the rubber off before she was sent to the dealer lol

Wow, you lucked out on that one!

What dealer? Only ones I can think of is Malouf....or Miller.

Luckily I work near Perrine and they treat me pretty good even though I didn't purchase it there.

miller! my dad use to work for em lol they told us next time don't worry about the rubber
