It looks like the Vic jr is 5" and the ultra low profile intake elbow is 3.6"

Might be good for turbo applications, but I think If your n/a you will be loosing quite a bit of low end.

This should work great for just about the same price as an LS6 intake. Visual appeal is great.

Hell, I would cut a hole in my hood to have THAT poking through.

There just doesn't seem to be any real aftermarket low-profile options.

I was looking through Holleys web site and came across this.
http://www.holley.com/300-121.asp
I think it would be easy to make a hat for this and put the LS4 or a 90 mm tb on the end.

Something like this.

A picture is worth a thousand words, well in this case maybe 60 or 70?

Anyone ever try a ported ls2 manifold? From what I've read flows more than an ls6 and has a 90mm tb opening.

In a dyno room it won't get as hot as in the closed engine bay...

I believe the only advantage of composite vs metal intake is manufacturing cost and noise insulation.

That looks effing sweet! But yeah you were robbed.
EDIT: Look at this drawing of it on Jegs. It's laughable how similar it is.

I think they're getting the 10.44" from the top of the block? If so I think it might fit under the hood of the GXP?
