Middle of an ls1 intake swap. Map extension to map sensor side will not clip. The maf pins seem larger than map extensions slots. The harness to extension side has to be forced in. Any help?

I'd reuse your stock LS4 sensor. The sensors have a linear output, but there might be a different slope and offset for the LS1 sensor. You can fix that in HPTuners by looking at a factory LS1 tune from a car with the same part number on their MAP sensor.

I ran into the same issue! With research I found out that 05-06 GXPs uses the LS1 MAP while 07-08 used a different MAP. This information should be added to the sticky so some of us don't waste $20 on an extension we can't use >![Sad](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_sad.gif)
I did read you can unclip the MAP wire from the wire cluster and it should stretch, or you can just extend it...

The sticky is geared towards the 05-06 LS4 and needs to be updated.

Yeah I have an 08...map sensor was different...but it reached its taught but not tight. My coolant cross over lines had to be massaged away from the underneath bottom of the new mani. Ac lines had to be bent out of the way to clear the evap solenoid hose. Power steering resoivoir return line had to be slid up and the clamp turned. The dod harness took quite a bit of work. I shaved the dod connector down to just the barbs...then didn't modify the pcm side of the clip. Plugged it in mani pushed down on it but it worked.
