Yep, if you use the radiator in conjunction, put the radiator first in line, trans cooler should be the last in line before returning to the trans. As LS1 stated, the radiator will actually heat up your trans fluid because it has 200+ degree coolant in it. After mine was installed, average operating temps went down 25 degrees (Fahrenheit), easy.

An added bonus to bypassing is you don't have any old stuff floating around in the fluid either.
