06 impala ss tranny problems... I just lost my tranny in my 06 impala SS what a complete surprise .not..lost the D gear 1st then 1 went then 2 and 3.what is the best way to go about this problem get a tranny rebuild?how much will this cost? I am at 100k miles so naturally i have no warranty!!! please help I am new to chevy's...i can't t wait until the 2014 impala ss comes out it will be RWD at least.I need some info please?like what is the cheapest way to go about fixing this problem and it is in fact the transmission right?....wishful thinking. any help appreciated.
