Well today I changed the oil, plugs and wires in my 06 SS. I only changed out 7 plugs tho.. dropped one and lost it. Well I started it and drove down my road and noticed it was running rough and the check engine was flashing. It comes on occasionally but always goes off. Any ideas on what it could be?

 

Either your gap is way off or you didn't plug one of the wires in tight enough. Or you could have accidentally unplugged a coil.

 

The plugs were pre gapped. I checked the wires but it wouldnt hurt to check again.
