Got this sandwhich plate installed to get rid of the drill tap job i did on the oil cooler block off plate. This unit is verynice and comes with everything needed for your install minus what you need for putting a oil pressure sensor in. this block comes with 4 x 1/8 NPT oil ports.you can install any type of oil related gauge sender/cooler lines you want with this.
Price was 30 bucks found here
Note for 05-06 LS4's you will want the 13/16th size. for 07-08 just google your oil filter thread size.

i had to use a 1/8x1/8 male to male adapter plus a 1/8 to 3/8 NPT adapter..available at your local hardware store..as always use thread sealer or teflon tape on ALL connections.

Tighten the nut and install filter, NOTE the adapter piece that holds ont the housing is a 27mm. heres a pic with everything installed, Also note that i would not use a extended oil filter with this installed.

So something I noticed today after my top swap, oil pressure at the oil filter is about 7-9 psi higher than on the VLOM. I always thought it was a faulty glow shift gauge but nope. Stock engine sensor reads the same down there. Cause I used to monitor my oil pressure on aeroforce when it was stock and my glow shift gauge was always 7-9.higher and I thought it was a bad gauge
