high idle

high idle been doing some tuning on my car, and not sure when or if its always been this way but it idles around 800. hp tuners show it should be 650. anyway i dont see an iac count so i assume with the electronic throttle it doesnt have an idle air control so what does it use to control idle speed?
things i've change recently was 3 inch downpipe, 3 inch exhaust, and disabled the rear o2.

it hasnt done it since i posted this. my drive home and to work both had it idleing at 700. so its closer.
i've been messing with the idle timing table trying to smooth the transition to open throttle table. trying to fix the dead spot right off idle, my diags show about 10 degrees of timing even at slight amount of throttle.
what i've noticed is it stays in the idle table till you give it 5% or so throttle
it hasnt done it since i posted this. my drive home and to work both had it idleing at 700. so its closer.
