any tips on swapping out the rear window motor/regulator?

something in the rear window broke, got the door apart and seems like its the regulator. any tips on removal? cars stuck in the garage now since i cant get it to stay up.

ok well that was pretty easy. pop the door handle bezel off and the arm rest cover. 2 screws in the armrest.
once those are out its the door panel is just being held in by clips.
to get the motor and regulator out get the window in the up position, use strong tape to keep the window up.
once you have it up the bolts that holds the window to the regulator are accessable through a access hole. get those off then 3 bolts for the regulator slide it out then re assemble.
probably took me 30 minutes max. they bolts were all the same size but i forgot the size.
