Default 10-25% under drive balancer interest?

So I talked BHJ about having a balancer built which they did one for Sam( dude with the Dart 427) turns out they didn't build an entire balancer for him. I guess gm used solid steel and not cast steel for the ls4 balancer hub. So what BHJ did was used the factory hub and made a new inertia ring and used better rubber between the two. He said it would run about $250 to have this done. I also asked him if they could make an underdrive version and he said at that point it would need a new hub as well. So I'm here to see if some people wanna get together and get a group buy/build for the under drive setup or maybe both setups. He said if I had them build a total custom balancer I'd be looking at about $750 give or take a few dollors. So the more ppl we get the better price we get.

He didn't say. He said to get a group together then they would be able to get a price based off the number of people we had. I didn't really think $750 was a bad price since ls1 balancers go for $400-500.

I didn't read your post right lol. He didn't say there was a minimum. just said the more people there were the less it would be. He was willing to do just one for me if no one else wants one.

I might be interested. I have been in communication with PRW for a few months. They have an underdrive version available for the LS4 currently and are almost done with a non underdrive. The guys are out at a show currently. I am waiting to hear back from them so I can get the part #'s and pricing. If they have it, I will probably order it from them since they have been keeping me informed about it through the process.

I believe they told me it would be clear coated steel. I will verify when I talk to them next.

If someone already has one then I'll go with that. Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to give them a call.
