The style battery tray we have, in my opinon, is trash and bends to easily.
My wife had someone survice my battery "for me" , and they bent it long ago, and im trying to find a replacement , but they are out of stock/back order everywhere i go
Mine bends easily as well, I don't like our set up with the bar at all. Getting the battery out is an ordeal in itself anyway, first time I almost lost my mind I was so pissed. That one looks ok, post back if you give it a try . Thanks

thats exactly why i used a 26R battery, now it comes in an out with ease lol
Well its not that hard to get out where I would consider spending any money to move it. Although I think I would be the first 14 second car to do it lol.

trust me, if you don't want the hassle of relocating the battery, 26R makes life alot easier. Plus, its better to have the weight over the front tires as well. I would assume that's why they made the front end so heavy on this car. lol
Battery box is underneath in the spare tire compartment zinc that run flat **** is garbage anyway here's a old pic but you get the idea

You need a spare. Found mine online for $40, The junkyard said it came from a 2008 Buick Lucerne. I guess a Pontiac Bonniville GXP or a Cadillac DTS has the same rim. Its a 125/70 17
