My Super
Thought I'd post a thread.
This is my 2009 Allure Super.
It has about 95k km on it or just under 60k miles.
I've got plans for it but will likely keep it N/A.
I've to date had a tune, cold air inductions intake, DR strut braces front/rear, transmission cooler, and transgo shift kit.
I plan to have some sort of intake manifold solution, headers if they're ever available again, a downpipe if not, and a fill catback.
I also intend to do Dorman front and Aadco rear sway bars with upgraded trailing and lateral arms (including a 97-03 LCA swap).
I will either have another 4-speed built or a utilize a 6-speed if a solution is ever finalized.
I will probably doing a projector retrofit at some point but that's about it.
This is a very enjoyable car and certainly very different!

Thanks man! Yes I'll need the old style control arms to complete a front sway bar upgrade.
The thing already handles impressively; from what I can tell the Billstein's on this are also a different than the other W-body LS4s. My only fear these days is the fact that so few of these were built, getting parts down the road will be challenging (especially body parts).
Either way this car gets a lot of looks and I've worked damn hard to keep it shiny. The previous owner took damn good care of it!

I picked up the GMPP front bar new on ebay for 55 bucks shipped and bought the Moog poly end links and bushings. The Dorman bar is solid, more expensive, 1 mm smaller, and much heavier. It also come with rubber bushings that most don't use anyway. The GMPP bar is hollow which could rust out but I'm not too worried about that. For me cost was part or the factor. Purchase what works for you, just giving you some more info. Post some pics as you progress!
