Speedometer is jumping around like crazy all other instruments work fine just the speedometer. I have replaced the tps pedal but still no change needing help

Our cluster communicates on a class 2 serial data link. If one was messed up, they would all be messed up, "if it was a data issue". The cluster likely needs replaced, as there is probably something specifically wrong with the speedo itself. A way to verify this is with a scan tool with live data capability.

Are there any other drivability issues, ? Does the car appear to shift correctly while driving etc. ?

There is a slight possibility it is the VSS speed sensor on the transmission, but a scan tool is needed to see the live data. If the "Speed" is jumping around like the speedometer, then it would point more towards the vss/wiring issue.
