Question I have a 2008 GMC Sierra with a 5.3 with (AFM was edited to 8 cyl. years ago)
Is my engine a Aluminum block LH8 ???
My google search said that a LH8 was a Aluminum with OUT AFM
It's 2* out side so I'm not going out there to look

Your truck has AFM/DOD, and it's a 4 speed tranny... and it's not an LS4...
