Last night we traded in the tahoe for a new 2006 Monte Carlo SS. Drove it 45 miles home and it was a blast. It drives really nice and really picks up and goes. It might take me awhile to get use to a FWD, i was turning and got on it alittle bit and it kinda freaked me out when it got loose because its a different feeling then in a RWD. heres some pics. there some more in the sig, Just took some quick ones, will try to get some better ones later this week

ya, just heard K&N has a filter replacement, some guys are doing CAI homemade but if you go onto ClubGP.com you are welcome there, you'll be the first Monte SS owner with the LS4...Driver's side headlight removal is a big one, I'm personally against it (I just think it looks moronic to run a high 13 second car without the headlight in...I run it the way I drive it... but do not say that over there, you'll get crusified!! afew haters of our new LS4 will try and bait you, don't fall for it, ignore them, I didn't and I'm regretting it..

Very nice car! I'm trying to convince the wife we need one, trading in the 04 GTP Comb G. Which will be easier once the baby can crawl into the back seat baby seat by herself, making a 2-door more reasonable.

WOW!!! That is one hot car!!!! I LOVE IT!!! I actually bought a 2001 Monte SS back in 2000 and loved the car. My girlfriend also loved it. I traded it in for my '05 Dodge Daytona Ram which I just got back in June. Good luck with the new ride. She's a beauty!!!!!

And get those horrible "yellow" Bowties covered up eith either a chrome or red, some kind of overlay, your car is very nice, but you gotta do something about those Bowties..Why did they go to that color?? they used to be red on the performance models..
