You need to get it hosted just as you would a picture. Go to www.photobucket.com or any other video hosting site such as www.putfile.com or even StreetFire. Upload the video (after you setup a free account) and then place the provided link in your thread.
BTW, how big is the file? Did you use a program such as Windows Movie Maker to compress/edit the video? Most hosting sites won't allow anything over 25Mb, iirc.
