It depends on if the drivers are talking them up like they are capable of dominating any V-8 powered car, and they actually have nothing done to the motors. At least the Olds is a GM product. The RSX is packing an intercooler (unless it's photoshopped in there) so it might be able to run a high 13. They both are just something shiney to look at in the rearview. SBC F.T.W. ! 
IMO, the olds is the opitome of RICE...that RSX should look that way.

The chrome wheels and no suspension travel on the Olds is obviously more rice than the RSX. Only thing really rice about the RSX is the vents in the hood IMO.
The visor tells me enough about the Olds' owner also.
When did an aftermarket hood become rice? The RSX is nowhere near rice. From those pics it looks tastefully done. If you think it is rice, explain why.
