Got a 07 Imp SS! Nice!

I finally picked up a 07 (200miles on the clock) last week! Black with tan leather! Nice combo, hard to keep clean, but I will only drive it about 150miles a week, that's once a week to work! (130 mile commute to work both ways!). I was looking at the TBSS and maybe even a used Suburban, but the Impala had the best balance of fuel economy/price/room/V8 of all of 'em to me! My father has a 07 LTZ that's very nice, I've driven that around and that helped with the decision! I will PM some of you guys regarding PROPERLY lowering this car! It's too high for me but I want no vibrations and any other complaint's I read about regarding lowering! This thing is fully loaded, but when I took it home I realized it doesn't have the Bose set-up my father's has!!! What a difference in sound! I'm kinda pissed at myself because I should'a noticed it, but it's to late! Hopefully there's a simply upgrade! Well guy's you have a new member ( to the LS4 that is) and hopefully I will enjoy my Imp, like some of you have!

yeah I dont think '06 amd '07 got a Bose radio. but '08 has it now.. along with decreased fuel economy...24 mpg highway....may as well runn all 8...

Yeah! They do come with bose mine just happen to not have it! My father's 07 LTZ has it! I'll upgrade it somewhere down the line! Thanks for the reply guys!

I am Bose-less. Actually slightly disapointed in the stock (6 changer) system.

How can you tell if you have the bose or not? I have look everywhere on the sticker and I cant find it. Should I be looking in the trunk?

If you don't see the Bose option on your sticker, you do not have it.

hmmm I didn't think I saw the Bose radio in the brochure...Well one thing is for certian I don't have a Bose enhance radio but I do have an enhanced radio or sorts...

My premium sound is when I put down the windows and floor it with my mangaflow exhaust. :-D

My speakers say BOSE on them. I guess that's a good way to tell.

Taz, Monte's have the premium 8 speaker panasonics, the imps get the bose system.

I have a new 2007 Impala SS and it doesn't have the Bose system, it does have the 6 changer though. I dunno, the system sounds good enough to me. And to be honest, anything that takes away from the drone of my V8 is right out.
