Vaccum nipple at throttle body

Vaccum nipple at throttle body While looking around today,,I noticed what I thought was an open vacuum on the throttle body just after the MAF. Nipple sticks out about one inch and faces the firewall. It did'nt have a cap on it and there wasn't any vacuum present...possible that it's blocked internally.

got a pic?? sounds like you're talking about the crankcase vent tube... and it should have a black tube connected to it....
it's in the intake bellows right?? the accordion hose that connects from the throttle body to the MAF?? and that open vent/tube you're talking about is in front of the throttle body, right??

I know the one you are talking about, it is blocked, thought I lost a vacuum hose for a while, hard to see in that little bugger.
I assumed it is for another application that the LS4 does not use/need.
