Yes, I know I didn't need to do a big burnout, I just felt like being a smartass. It seemed everyone was surprised to see a family sedan smokin' the ront tires and purgin' nitrous. I had a blast. I'll try to get to a 1/4 mile track sometime soon.

Scarlett, you need to get your tune squared away! I ran 15.5 @96+ spinning (at less than WOT) until the 1/8th mark. Same rockers, but my exhaust is choked off compared to yours. I was at a lower altitude, but was looking at 88F air temps. (2.8 60')

I've been meaning to get to a track, but Lancaster is the only one nearby and i didn't want to "waste my time" at the 1/8...but seeing as how i've never been and obviously won't be getting to the 1/4mi at Leicester anytime soon.
EDIT: I see the TnT Tuesdays are done as of tomorrow. WNYimpala...you goin? I may try to get there, seeing as how it will be spring before i can go again...although running 15-16 on my first time at the track might leave quite a bad taste in my mouth over the winter. Not sure if i could take that

As far as 1/8 mile prep, nothing changes. You just stop sooner. Reaction is reaction, 60' is still 60'. Just think of all the gas you save by only racing 1/2 tack!!!LOL!
There is a TnT on Sunday night, Oct. 7 at IRP in Leicester if you're interested. Not sure how much of football fan you are, but the (cough) Bills (cough) are scheduled to lose badly to Dallas on MNF, so i might try to make the trip out there on Sunday evening. LMK if you're interested. I think the only way i'll make it is if someone else really leans on me LOL.
Wait, who's the Sabres?
LOL!
