The Caliber SRT are supposed slower than the previous SRT 4 was. As for Subaru's, anyone see the new 08 WRX. They're pretty ugly. And slower than their predecessor.

I heard they killed it cause of some emissions things. But it's not gone for good. Just a model year or two hiatus. It would be cool if they through in the 2.0L turbo from the Solstice GXP/Sky Redline. I think that engine is going in the HHR SS too.

According to C&D this month the Caliber SRT 4 runs a 5.9sec 0-60 with the 1/4 in 14.4@103. The '04 Neon SRT they tested ran to 60 in 5.3sec and ran the quarter in 13.9.
