2 Victories so far!!! Well guys, I know these are more like kill stories but this is more like a general discussion forum anyway.
1st kill was this newer model riced out Tiberon, you know, the ones with the 6spd. It had the massive coffee can mufflers and the lowering kit that adds like 50hp, you know typical rice stuff. The kid never had a chance. Even my wife was having a good time. I couldn't resist the opportunity to ask her how she thought that kid felt to get his hind end handed to him by a big ol family car
2nd was a freinds Lincoln LS W/V8. We both slowed down at a stop light, he was ahead of me atleast 2 cars in the lane beside me. I saw him hit it to keep me from coming up beside him but it was all Impala, he couldn't stop her, it was great!
Anyway, now I'd like to get some exhaust (Magnaflow) and a CAI and see what happens.

We're the redheaded stepchildren of the LSx family, so we keep our kills to ourselves, lol. Nice job.
As for those mods you plan, keep in mind that you will lose some low-end, so against cars that might have given more of a fight, in a street race, you may not fare much better.
But they're definitely worthwhile mods...and i'm sure you already know this stuff...so i'll shut up not.

Nice kills...even though that tib was more than likely sub 200hp. They can be little rockets with boost though..so watch out. I don't know why kids are lowering those cars...my roommate has one and it has like zero wheel gap from the factory.
Yeah ,the LS was more of a contest but he couldn't stop me from coming around him, those Tiburons are 172hp from the factory but hey, I DIDN'T EGG IT ON, LOL

Slightly off topic but....my roommate has a tiburon and he just put an intake on it and DAAAAAYUM that thing is loud as hell. At least twice as loud as my K&N. What's up with that?
